The Chapter Intelligence Agency (CIA) is Northern California JSA’s most important department, and we’re looking for staff. CIA agents call each chapter once a week to prvicde presidents with information, check up on how their chapter is dion, troubleshoot JSA related problems, and serve as a key resource for chapters.
